Imagine a world where the human race evolved from birds. What would we look like? What sound would we create as individuals and as a community? Each bird is unique. This uniqueness is displayed in their birdsong. Each song expresses a different emotion, gives a warning or signals a specific time of day. Bird – A Study of Sound, explores the unique musicality of specific birds and how their melodies combine to create the foundation of the sounds in the world of Bird. Come explore these sounds with us.

This workshop is part of Stripped Bare, a new arts incubator project that gives artists a space to create and produce new work. Designed for early-career artists, Stripped Bare focuses on projects that emphasize words and ideas, with minimal technical elements.
